About Path to Wholeness
A practice rooted in depth, presence, and the quiet work of becoming whole.
My name is Doug, and I am a depth-oriented psychotherapist, spiritual director, and clinical supervisor. My work is grounded in psychodynamic, Jungian-informed, and contemplative traditions.
I support individuals who are navigating transitions, grief, identity questions, spiritual emergence, and the deeper emotional patterns that shape their lives.
My Approach
I work slowly and relationally.
I listen for what is said and unsaid.
I pay attention to dreams, images, longings, and the subtle movements of the inner life.
This is not a technique-driven or symptom-management model
It is a process of unfolding — of becoming more whole, more honest, and more deeply rooted in yourself.
