Consultation
Consultation for Licensed Clinicians
A reflective space for licensed therapists working at the intersection of psyche, soul, trauma, and meaning. Available nationwide by secure telehealth.
I am not accepting new consultation clients at this time. I expect to have openings again soon. See current availability for the latest status.
Many clinicians find themselves working with material that few colleagues are prepared to think about with them: religious trauma, spiritual emergence, faith transition, meaning crises, addiction and recovery, depth work, and dreams. Consultation offers a steady place to bring that work for careful reflection.
My orientation is depth-oriented and Jungian-informed, integrating IFS-informed and somatic sensibilities, motivational interviewing, addiction and recovery experience, spiritually integrated psychotherapy, religious trauma work, and spiritual emergence support. Consultation can focus on a single case, a recurring clinical pattern, your developing sense of identity as a clinician, or the spiritual and existential dimensions of the work itself.
Sessions are typically held monthly or as needed, by individual arrangement. Group consultation may be available by request.
Fees
- Individual consultation: $130 per 50-minute session.
- Group consultation: $75 per session when available.
Consultation is professional consultation, not psychotherapy. Personal material may be noticed as it relates to clinical work, but the frame remains consultative.
An important distinction
Consultation is offered to licensed clinicians and is distinct from licensure supervision. It does not count toward associate licensure hours unless we have specifically contracted for supervision under the applicable rules of your state. If you are a pre-licensed associate in Oregon or Washington seeking supervision toward licensure, please see Clinical Supervision.
