Finding the right doorway.
When advice, apps, AI tools, and symptom-management strategies are not enough, this practice offers depth-oriented therapy, clinical supervision, consultation, and spiritual direction for people working at the intersection of psyche, soul, trauma, and meaning.
Which kind of support fits?
I am seeking therapy→
Depth-oriented psychotherapy for adults, including therapy for religious trauma and spiritual emergence. Telehealth for clients in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho.
I am an associate seeking supervision→
Clinical supervision toward licensure for associates in Oregon and Washington.
I am a licensed clinician seeking consultation→
Consultation for licensed therapists nationwide. Distinct from licensure supervision unless specifically contracted.
I am seeking spiritual direction→
Spiritual direction is distinct from psychotherapy and mental health treatment. Available worldwide by secure video.
I am unsure where to begin→
A few sentences are enough. There is no need to know yet which kind of support fits.
What happens next
People often come to this work uncertain. Unsure of what they are looking for, unsure what to say, unsure whether this is the right moment. None of that needs to be resolved before reaching out.
We usually begin with a brief consultation by secure video. This is not a test or an evaluation. It is simply a chance to speak together and consider what kind of support would actually serve this season of your life.
Sometimes depth-oriented therapy is the right beginning. Sometimes spiritual direction, consultation, or another form of care may be more useful. Fit matters, and there is no pressure to decide immediately.
