For associates under supervision
Associate Supervision Library.
Materials for supervised clinical formation.
This library is for pre-licensed associates practicing under clinical supervision with Doug Chapman. These materials support clinical safety, documentation, ethical practice, supervision process, risk assessment, treatment planning, diagnosis, and foundational clinical competence.
Because associates are practicing under supervision, these resources are compliance-conscious and safety-oriented. They are designed to support responsible clinical work, careful documentation, early consultation, and transparent use of supervision.
Some resources are current. Others are marked “In development” or “Educational Reference — Verification Required.” State-specific legal and board-related materials must be checked against current law, board rules, payer requirements, and practice policies before clinical reliance.
Nothing here replaces supervision, agency policy, payer requirements, emergency procedures, licensing-board guidance, or legal consultation when needed.
